Not all transsexuals decide to have a physical transformation.

Myth: men who cross dress are more comfortable. This thong really chafes.

@AnonForever Well actually he describes himself as a male lesbian i.e. he believes he is a woman in a man's body. Not quite sure what that makes him :)

@b0w5er Quite the contrary: MOST transvestites are straight.

What is or isn't considered 'crossdressing' depends entirely on what is marketed to which gender. What is 'men's clothing' or 'women's clothing' is pretty meaningless.

All crossdressers to a greater or lesser extent have a sexual reaction to wearing women's clothing, particularly lingerie. Also crossdressing involves playing a gender role which by definition includes a sexual role. All crossdressers I have spoken to about this admit that they have some physical attraction to men or women while dressed, so how can they say it's not about sex? The transgender community suffers from many delusions and this is the biggest one.
